Enrico Lorenzini

Born in Bologna in 1975 he starts playing piano as a kid, and then moves to keyboards after a serious crush for Jon Lord hammond playing and synthesizers sounds of the seventies. In 1993, at age 17, he enters in prog rock band Imago Animi, recording with them 2 demotapes (‘Imago Animi’ and ‘Chained to the past’) which obtained good reviews in influent metal magazines, such as Metal hammer and Metal Shock. They reached good commercial success and more than 1000 copies were sold all over Europe; some songs were included in several compilations of the time. 

In 1997 the band splits, and joins the creation of Anthera cover band, still active today, with some 80 shows per year in Italy’s top clubs and locations. Since 2001, under the pseudonym of ‘Nisii’ produces pop, dance, ambient, and electro music; he composes music for DJ’s, and cooperated with Lucio Dalla and his team to music scores for tv fictions and RAI. From 2014 he founded a new band named ART, in 2016 the debut album Planet Zero released from Sliptrick Records all over the word, after all positive feedback the band works at the second album Asylum (November 2019) with two special guest at the guitar, Stef Burns (Alice Cooper, Huey Lewis and the News, Vasco Rossi, and Vince Pàstano (Vasco Rossi, Luca Carboni) , ever released from Sliptrick Records.

Since many years he also works with LeadForSounds, programming original patches for synthesizers and workstations for such brands as Korg, Nord, Access, and Dave Smith, available on LeadSounds and Synthonia shop. He also cooperates with DB technologies as beta tester for stage monitors and PA systems before they are mass merchandised
